The reservation can be made by phone or e-mail.
After the initial reservation you will receive confirmation via e-mail with a detailed calculation of costs and a request to pay the deposit.
Confirmation of each booking form is a deposit of 30% of the total amount due for the stay within 7 days of receiving our confirming email.

We would like to kindly inform you that between 23.06 to 1.09. we accept bookings for a minimum of weekly holiday and longer.
If you want to make an weekend reservation please make a call during previous Thursday.
Lack of payment within 7 days from the reservation date causes canceling without having to inform the client.
In the case of cancellation:
· within the time limit over 60 days prior to arrival a whole deposit is given back
· within the time limit 60 to 31 days prior to arrival 50% of the deposit is given back
· within the time limit 30 days or shorter to arrival the deposit is not refundable.
