The reservation can be made by phone or e-mail.
After the initial reservation you will receive confirmation via e-mail together with a detailed calculation of costs and a request of payment of deposit.
Confirmation of each booking form is a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay within 3 days of booking.

We would like to kindly inform you that between 24.06 to 27.08. we accept bookings for a minimum of weekly holiday and longer.

On reserving the weekend please make a call on Thursday before that weekend.

Lack of payment within 3 days from the reservation date causes canceling without having to inform the client.

In the case of cancellation:

within the time limit over 60 days prior to arrival a whole deposit is given back
within the time limit 60 to 31 days prior to arrival 50% of the deposit is given back
within the time limit 30 days or shorter to arrival the deposit is not refundable.
